post I did sometime back. It is a quote by Daniel Kahneman talking about his work with Amos Tversky. I was reminded of this yesterday when talking to Michael Woolcock about his collaboration with Lant Pritchett - in preparation for an interview about a paper Michael recently wrote with Lant.
